Tech StartUps and Digital Advocates
INTRODUCTION
Join us on 22nd July 2009 from 6 to 9pm at University of Manchester Incubator Company (UMIC), 48 Grafton Street, Manchester, M13 9XX to hear north's leading tech entrepreneurs present their companies to a panel of Digital Advocates from Mccann Erickson, Latitude Group, MC2, And Digital, et al.
The event exposes innovative products to Digital Advocates who hold accounts with blue chips such as Tesco, NHS, UPS, Aldi, Auto Direct, Sainsbury's, Marshals, etc.
Through presentation, companies will explain their value propositions both for the end client as well as for the Digital Advocates (sell to and sell through strategy). Digital advocates will query each company to evaluate the potential benefits and commercial opportunities.

Richard Gregory, Chief Operating Officer, Latitude Group, £40 million revenues (2007)Latitude was formed in 2001, just as search engine marketing was coming into being. In 2007, Latitude reported revenues of £40 million with sales growth of 33%. As COO, Richard is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Search Engine Marketing campaigns for all of Latitude’s clients and provides clients with strategic advice on the European Search Engine Marketplace. Richard is the UK Chair of SEMPO and regularly speaks at industry events, including Haymarket’s Integrated Brand Building event, Jupiter Events’ Search Engine Strategies conference, the NMA Online Marketing Show and Ad Tech. |
